His expert tips and guidance were invaluable. David walked us through every step of the process. He was very patient with our seemingly unending need for guidance. David's work ethic is incredible. He always made himself available to us. He had a very successful open house for us and dealt with six different offers. He was so kind as to simplify those offers by listing them on a spread sheet for our review. Then he explained the strengths and weaknesses of each offer which was very informative. David also negotiated the sale of some of our furniture for us. We also learned from different contractors getting our house ready that Donna Bradshaw is well respected in our area and beyond.

David was with us through the process, answering our questions and offering thoughts on how to proceed.

David was helpful, courteous, respectful, and very patient. He shared knowledge and recommendations from his experience to educate us, but never tried to pressure us into making any decisions. With the market the way it is, we had to look at a lot of properties before we were able to have an offer accepted. David made himself available in the evening to accommodate our hectic and varied work schedules. Post sale we discovered work that the seller hired someone unqualified to fix and then covered up, resulting in water damage and costly repairs in the kitchen. Even though the sale was complete, David still went to bat for us and the seller has agreed to pay to have it repaired properly. We intend to use David as our agent again in the future and highly recommend him, especially for first time home buyers.
